Production and delivery

Personalised items ship 2–4 business days after you approve the preview; stock items ship in 1–2 business days. International delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties, where applicable, are paid by the recipient.

Shipping cost

Shipping within Türkiye is free on orders over 500 TL. International shipping is quoted with your order confirmation. Every piece is packed in a rigid box with protective filling.

Personalised items

Items made to your specification (names, logos, custom sizes) cannot be returned or exchanged, in line with Turkish consumer law. Approving the preview confirms you accept this.

Stock items

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, send us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it free of charge.
